Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Page Chen is a versatile leader with 20+ years of experience designing solutions that drive growth and development in distributed and global organizations. Page has led innovation and operations for multiple SAAS learning software companies and serves on the board for a variety of other organizations looking to unlock the potential of technology to improve lives through learning.

Recognized for a proactive approach to identifying customer needs and enabling their success, Page has spent two decades researching the intersection where strategy and technology come together to allow for the design of impactful digital learning and enablement experiences that scale. Whether as an author, speaker, mentor, or even just an innovation researcher, she excels at helping organizations identify their core requirements and achieve solutions that exceed their desired results.

SHELLY MCCOLLUM

Principal Consultant, Solution Strategies

Shelly McCollum has spent nearly 20 years helping organizations of all types leverage the latest technologies to achieve their learning and customer success goals. A leader of professional service teams specializing in the implementation and support of multiple elearning platforms and custom web applications, Shelly's experience ranges from solution engineering and customer enablement to platform migrations and custom development.

An educator at heart and a lifelong learner, Shelly is known for her deep understanding of learning technologies, her creative approach to problem solving, and her firm belief in continual improvement through strategic planning and process refinement. She is committed to helping her clients make the best use of the tools they have and exploring available alternatives when those tools may not be well-suited for their longer term goals.

ERIC MULLER

Principal Consultant, Experience Strategies

Eric Muller is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of expertise in driving customer success through a blend of customer experience, process improvement, project/ program management, and performance measurement/ analytics. Throughout his extensive career, Eric has witnessed the powerful synergy between these disciplines, enabled by evolving technologies that consistently deliver improved outcomes.

Eric's deep experience has also highlighted the critical importance of experience design, anchored in Learning Experience Design, for shaping effective strategies and realizing outcomes. As technology rapidly evolves—particularly with the rise of AI—Eric understands that these advances are not only transforming the tools and content used for learning across most industries, but also reshaping the ROI and financial models that guide learning development decisions. His forward-thinking approach ensures that organizations remain agile and responsive to these dynamic changes.

GREGGORY M. CHEN

Principal Consultant, Employee Morale

Greggory M. Chen, affectionately known as Gregg McMuffin, brings four years of unyielding dedication and tail-wagging enthusiasm to his role on the Two Tree team. A true advocate for workplace positivity, Gregg is a calming presence, demonstrating persistence, loyalty, and an uncanny ability to nap through even the most stressful meetings.

 

Whether through his expertly-timed head tilts, soulful eye contact, or unrivaled mastery of “auditing” who in a meeting to sit next to for ear rubs, Gregg excels at fostering connections. Always eager to expand his skillset, he regularly seeks out opportunities to learn from new team members (especially those who carry snacks).


Gregg’s mission is simple yet profound: to remind everyone that a happy workplace begins with kindness, consistency, and the occasional belly rub.
